Natalie Haines, MA, LPC

Natalie has been described by her clients as dedicated, compassionate, and caring.

Natalie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has ample experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Natalie has significant experience working within the hospital setting with children and adolescents who experience a wide range of behavioral and mental health conditions. She also has experience working with adolescents and young adults providing services to address depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and other mental health issues. Natalie enjoys helping children work through challenges at home and school.  

Natalie has provided sport psychology services to athletes of all ages and skill levels. She helps athletes reach optimal performance both on and off the field. She has experience working with athletes that have challenges with performance, injury, identity outside of sport, and other difficulties that can impact performance.  

Natalie utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and play based curriculum for younger clients. Natalie encourages clients to address challenges while providing them with the tools necessary to be successful in life.  

Education

Natalie received her Master’s in Counseling with an emphasis in Sport & Health Psychology from Adler University in Chicago. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Carthage College.
